The head honchos of the Dodgers front office sat down for an online Q&A session with the broadcast duo of Joe Davis and Orel Hershiser to talk about everything surrounding the club and what they know from MLB about when baseball may return.
While everything with surrounding major sports and COVID-19 accelerated so quickly (in terms of stoppage, not the knowledge of the virus), the four participants discussed how quickly things really did change at Camelback Ranch for the club.
In terms of what comes next, President of Baseball Operations Andrew Friedman said the staff is trying to come up with “remote workout plans” to try and keep players ready for a potential season in 2020. He admits the real challenge is keeping everyone connected during this unexpected offseason 2.0.
Thank you to the Dodgers for putting this out there for the fans.
